Policy:

1 It is not the intent of this rule to prohibit free speech.

2. As free-thinking beings, all are welcome to voice their opinions as individuals under the laws of Canada, Provinces of Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Price Edward island, New FoundLand & Labrador and Territory of Nunavut.

3. On Board USS Magellan Correspondence Communication Ship:

​

All Communication within different department are welcome but must follow thier department Communication policy. It up to Head of each Department to enforce their department Commuincation policy.

​

4. Communication outside our Deprtments to outside USS Magellan (this inludes Region 13 Ships, StarFleet International, Non StarFleet organization, the Media.

​

4.1 However, all outside club communications must be approved by the Executive Committee. No one may speak for the organization as a whole other than the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Second Officer (SO) or Third Officer (TO).

​

4.2: At times, an approved designee may be appointed by the Executive Committee to speak for the USS Magellan. Telephone calls, letters, internet communications, or any other communication must be handled by the Executive Committee. This includes recruiting materials, correspondence with other Star Trek clubs, the media, or any organization.

4.3: All Communication with any Region Staff must get approval eith by Command Officer (CO), Executive Officer or their designee.

​

4.4: All communication with Non Region 13 Ship, must get approval by Command Officer.

 

4.5: Anyone violating this rule may face disciplinary action.

5. Disciplinary Actions:

​

5.1: First Warning is verbal warning and note will place on members’ file.

​

5.2: 2nd Warning is Writting warning and it be note place on person’s file.

​

5.3: 3rd warning is suspended which up to Command Officer (CO) and Exeucitve Officer (XO) or their designee.

5.4: If this emegerncy communincation then Disclinary action will taken aganist you.
