1. Respect: Respect your fellow crew member, Senior Offices, our

   Guest and their family at all times.

2. Never POINT WITH YOUR INDEX FINGER!

   Show some respect to other. When point at something, always 

   used 2 fingers or whole hand.

3. Never address crew member, Senior Staff by their Real

   names. Look at their StarFleet badge and address by their Nick

   Name or Character Name.

4. Texting durning Meetings, our Events is strict forbidden.

 

5. Never ask any of Executive Officers for promotion. They will

   frowned down on this and you may not get what you request.

  The right way for promotion is to work hard, volunteering often,

  study hard. It often work this way and Senior Officer will notice

  your hard work and effort in to it.

Costume Etiquette:

ALWAYS…

    1. Do the Picard Maneuver and “Tug that top down!”.

    2. Fix your dept/rank collar before photos.

    3. Check your Gig line. (view link)

    4. Iron your uniform before an event.

    5. Wear Deodorant!!

    6. Try to stay in the Character you’re portraying.

    7. Remove glasses before photos if possible (unless you’re allergic to Retinax 5).

    8. Have a neat trim/shave before Conventions/Events (mandatory!)

      • Facial hair is permissible as long as it is neatly trimmed.

      • Long hair on men should be kept neat (Worf had a neat & tidy ponytail)

 

PLEASE DON’T…

    1. Wave your Phaser at people or the cameras, please keep Phasers holstered at all times unless asked by the photographer.

    2. Put your arms over people’s shoulders, it gives your uniform an untidy appearance. Instead, put your arms behind your back (At Ease Position), or at your sides (Attention Position).

    3. Use different era props, please use the correct era props that go with your style of uniform. There’s always someone ready to nitpick photos.

    4. Wear too much visible jewelry, wedding rings & Bajoran earrings are acceptable though. If you’re dressed as Lwaxana Troi, then it’s in character and it’s okay.

    5. Leave home before putting on Deodorant first!!

We know it’s only a costume, but while you’re wearing it, you should treat it as a UNIFORM at all times.
