USS Magellan Ship Policies:
Ship Basic Rules:
1. Senior Officers:
1.1: Senior Officers are Commanding
Officer (CO), Executive Officer
(XO), Second Officer (SO), Third
Officer (TO). Show respect
to these Senior Officers at all times.
1.2: When you address a Senior Officer,
address them as "Sir or Ma'am"
then their title. Never address by
their real name.
1.3: All request, Inquired and even
promotion must go thou Chain of
Command.
When you believe you’ve fulfilled the requirements for a promotion, please follow the following path of contact / Chain of Command.
Department Chief>>
Third Officer or Second Officer >> First Officer >> Commanding Officer
1.4: Senior Staff will meet monthly to
discuss all Ship issues with
Executive Officer and Command
Officer.
1.5: All Senior Officer must be over
21 year old and Complete both
OTS and OCC Course. Also must
be approved by COMAND OFFICER.
2. Executive Officer, 2nd Officer and
3rd Officer:
2.1: Each department will be chair by
Senior Officer:
Command Officer: Marine Corps & Diplomatic Corp
Dept.
Executive Officer: Command Dept.
2nd Officer:Medical and Science
3rd Officer: Operations Dept.
2.2: All Sub-Department Heads report
directly to one of Senior officer
which is in 2.1.
2.3. Executive Officer, 2nd Officer, 3rd
officer will meet month to discuss
department issues, update and
promotions.
2.4. Executive Officer or 2nd Officer:
You must meet these Requirement:

Must be 21 Years of Age.

Must have passed OTS & OCC.

Must be at least Commander.

Must be mature enough to deal with groups of people diplomatically.
Second Officer (SO):
You must meet these Requirement:
* Must be over 21 of Age/
* Must have passed OTS &OCC.
* Must be Lt.Commander.
* Must be mature Enough to deal
with group of people diplomatically.
Third Officer (TO):
You must meet these Requirement:
* Must be over 21 of Age.
* Must have passed OTS &OCC.
* Must be Lt.Commander.
* Must be mature Enough to deal
with group of people diplomatically.
3. Department Heads:
3.1. Requirements:
All Department Head must pass be
over 19 year old and Pass OTS.
HE or SHE must approved by
Department Senior Head.
3.2. He or She report to Senior Department Head on
monthly basic.
3.3. All "In Department" inquired must
go thou Department Heads this
includes Promotion.
4. No Negative Language:
4.1: There will No Talking Back to
Senior Staff, other Members,
Region Staff or Starfleet this includes be Rude,
backchat.
5. No Smoking:
5.1: There will NO Smoking at all
at meetings, Conventions, events.
Zero Tolerance.
6. No ILLEGAL DRUGS:
6.1: We have Zero Tolerance towards
illegal drugs, Don't on our time!
6.2: If you get caught, you will face
to face with Command Officer.

8. USS Magellan Communication Policy:
All Senior Officers, and crew members must follow
USS Magellan Communication policy. You can find link

9. UnDisclosed Crime History Policy:
All members of USS Magellan must read this policy.

Officer to notifty him that you read this policy.
10. Copyright Policy:
We the USS Magellan must respect all copyright,
Trademark law at all time.

contact Executive Officer at once so it be removed.
All pictures, audio, character names are property of USS
Magellan.
You must get special permission by Executive Officer or his desginee to used "USS Magellan" copyright logo on any product.
Fail to do so will land in meeting with Head of Operation.
11. AGE LiMITATION:
The age limitation on board USS MAGELLAN is legal age
of 18.
You must prove to Command Officer with copy of Photo
ID of your age.
12. Remove of Member:
Please read Disciplinary Procedures & Other Policies Section for more details.
13. Policy Change:
Any time, The Executive Team can up date, remove,
change, modify or remove any of this policy.
